In an era where financial literacy has become an essential skill, I am proud to accompany the students of Universitas Teknologi Indonesia on their journey through the Capital Market Ambassador Program. Through intensive mentoring at IDX Securities, we not only explore theoretical concepts but also gain practical, hands-on experience in the world of investment and stock trading. Through this program, students are taught not only about capital market mechanisms but are also given opportunities to understand market dynamics, develop effective investment strategies, and make well-informed decisions based on comprehensive data and analysis. KSPM Training with Lecturers at the Digital Business Lab: Sharpening Skills and Expanding Horizons

Today, we feel truly fortunate to have participated in an inspiring training session with exceptional lecturers at the Digital Business Lab. In an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and motivation, we learned extensively about KSPM (Capital Market Study Group) and how the capital market serves as one of the key pillars of the modern economy. The training provided valuable insights—from the fundamentals of the capital market, technical and fundamental analysis, to effective investment strategies. The lecturers not only shared theoretical knowledge but also practical experiences that opened our eyes to the real dynamics of the investment world.

Bridging Technology and Community: Teknokrat Indonesia University’s Center of Excellence Activities in Way Kanan

The event included the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Teknokrat Indonesia University and Negara Batin Village, Way Kanan Regency, along with the signing of an implementation agreement (IA), training on MSME digitalization by CoE Entrepreneur, an introduction to Metaverse technology for MSME digital marketing by CoE Metaverse, the implementation of automated fish feed technology for fish farming in rural ponds by CoE Smart Agriculture, and an introduction to a village correspondence information system application by CoE Software Development.Other community service activities included the introduction of Metaverse technology for preserving the cultural heritage of Negara Batin Village by CoE Metaverse, mapping of sugarcane plantation areas using drones by CoE Robotics and Automation, and a workshop and production of solar recycled plastic bottle lamps by CoE Renewable Energy. In addition, public speaking training was also held for SMKN 1 Negara Batin by the CoE Literature, Culture, and Education, as well as an introduction and implementation of Metaverse School at SMKN 1 Negara Batin by the CoE Metaverse. Vice Rector Dr. H. Mahathir Muhammad, SE., MM, welcomed this community service initiative.He was pleased that so many activities could be carried out simultaneously. He hoped that all these forms of service would have a significant impact on the community.Mahathir wanted this form of service to be concrete and its benefits felt by the community and students. He also wanted to introduce all forms of Metaverse implementation to students.

Students and Lecturers at Indonesia Teknokrat University Develop IoT-Based Smart Roaster Innovation to Support Kopi Supri

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) of the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM) is presenting innovative Internet of Things (IoT) technology to help the Kopi Supri Jempol UMKM optimize its production process, particularly during the coffee roasting stage. Through the implementation of an IoT system, the roasting process can now:✅️Precisely regulate roaster temperature✅️Automatically control smoke density✅️Maintain consistent coffee bean roasting levels✅️Improve production efficiency and quality Partner: Kopi Supri Jempol MSMEAddress: Jl. Mata Air No. 18, Pinang Jaya, Kemiling, Bandar Lampung City. This UMKM has a roasting capacity of up to 90 kg per process, but previously, the process was done manually, resulting in uneven roasting results. PKM Implementation Team: Students involved:Akhmad Febriyo Febriyansyah, Medy Dwi Kurniawan, Jefri Andri Rifai, Rizky Dafa Khoiri, Rizki Devi Anggita, and Ferman Ferdaus. Activity: Tuesday, August 12, 2025Attended by MSME owner, Mr. Supriyadi, and five employees of Kopi Supri Jempol. Activity stages:Education and Training – Introduction to IoT technology and its use in automatic roasting machines. IoT Technology Handover – Automatic roasting system integrated with a responsive website that can be accessed anytime. Provision of Sales Management Application – Equipped with admin and user login features, stock management, stock history recording, and print-ready transaction reports. The pre-test and post-test evaluation results showed a 100% increase in participants’ understanding after the training. The owners and employees of the Kopi Supri Jempol UMKM expressed their appreciation to the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM), Teknokrat Indonesia University, ITERA, and the entire PKM team for the Smart Roaster technology innovation and supporting applications provided. They hope this program can continue to support the future progress of coffee UMKM. IoT innovation provides a practical solution for UMKM while strengthening the role of universities in making a real impact on society

Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia Juara 1 Wilayah Kontes Robot Terbang Indonesia  2025

Bandar Lampung – Tim Robotik “Krakatau Biantara” dari Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia (UTI) berhasil meraih prestasi puncak sebagai Juara 1 Nasional pada kategori Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) dalam ajang bergengsi Kontes Robot Terbang Indonesia (KRTI) 2025 Wilayah 1. Kompetisi yang diselenggarakan oleh Pusat Prestasi Nasional (Puspresnas), Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi ini berlangsung pada 27 September hingga 1 Oktober 2025. Keberhasilan ini diraih setelah melalui persaingan yang sangat ketat, mengungguli puluhan tim dari perguruan tinggi terbaik di seluruh Indonesia. Tim “Krakatau Biantara” sukses membuktikan keunggulannya di antara institusi terkemuka seperti Universitas Indonesia (UI), Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), dan Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Tidak hanya di kategori VTOL, prestasi gemilang juga ditorehkan oleh tim “Krakatau X-One” dari UTI yang berhasil lolos ke babak final nasional pada divisi Fixed Wing. Pencapaian ganda ini menegaskan posisi Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia sebagai salah satu kekuatan utama dalam inovasi teknologi dan robotika di tingkat nasional. Rektor Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, Dr. HM. Nasrullah Yusuf, S.E., M.B.A., menyampaikan rasa bangga dan apresiasinya.
