The Center of Excellence (CoE) for Smart Agriculture at Teknokrat Indonesia University once again held a Community Service activity at Yadika Vocational High School in Bandar Lampung. This activity is part of the CoE Smart Agriculture’s commitment to promoting the application of digital technology in agriculture through education and hands-on practice for the younger generation.
In this workshop, the CoE Smart Agriculture team guided students step-by-step through understanding and designing an Internet of Things (IoT)-based drip irrigation system. Participants not only learned the concept but also saw firsthand how sensor technology, control systems, and IoT integration can be applied to create more efficient and modern agriculture. Through this activity, students are expected to improve their technical understanding, hone their creativity, and foster an innovative mindset to face the challenges of the future of industry and smart agriculture.
